2835 Dual Colour Temperature Strip is a flexible lighting product based on 2835 type LED bead technology, integrated with dual colour temperature regulation function, which occupies an important position in the lighting industry by virtue of its high performance and flexibility.

Core definition and naming source

2835 represents the size of LED beads, i.e. 2.8mm in length and 3.5mm in width, which is a classic product born under the combination of light efficiency, heat dissipation, cost and other factors. Dual-colour temperature means that the strip can achieve two different colour temperatures of light output, commonly warm white light (e.g. 2700K-3500K, to create a warm atmosphere) and cool white light (e.g. 5000K-6500K, to provide a bright and clear light) to switch freely, and some of the products can achieve continuous adjustment of the colour temperature, to meet the diversified needs of the scene with the light.

Basic structure: 

Dual-colour temperature to achieve: 

The strip consists of circuit board, 2835 LED beads, conductive wire, adhesive backing layer. The circuit board adopts flexible FPC (flexible printed circuit board), with good flexibility; LED lamp beads through SMT (surface mount technology) welded on the circuit board, to ensure stable light emission; adhesive backing layer to facilitate rapid installation, mostly strong acrylic adhesive, can be firmly affixed to various types of flat surfaces.

The main dual-chip integration and dual-lamp band mixed control of the two technologies. Dual chip integration is in a single 2835 lamp beads encapsulated warm white, cool white two chips, through the driver circuit to control the intensity of different chip light to achieve colour temperature adjustment; dual strip light mixing control is warm white, cool white two strip lights integrated in the same circuit board, relying on the dimmer to control the proportion of the two strip lights to regulate the overall colour temperature.

Lighting Effect:Only one fixed colour temperature, such as the common 3000K warm white or 4000K neutral white, 6000K cold white, etc., the lighting effect is relatively single, can not change the colour temperature to adapt to different environments.

Functional diversity:the function is mainly focused on brightness adjustment, relative to the dual-colour temperature light strip, its control mode and function is relatively simple, generally do not have the colour mixing function, and intelligent system integration is mainly to achieve brightness control and switch control.
