LED aluminium profile is a high-performance material widely used in indoor and outdoor lighting system, made of aluminium alloy with lightweight, durability, good heat dissipation performance and beautiful appearance. Material and Structure

 

Adopting aluminium alloy has excellent strength and corrosion resistance, and the surface is anodized to form a variety of colours (e.g. black, silver, gold, etc.) to enhance the aesthetics.
  Aluminium profiles are equipped with slots inside for mounting LED strips, the depth of which can be customized according to requirements to ensure stable installation of the strips.

  LED aluminium profile has excellent heat dissipation performance, the fundamental reason is that the aluminium alloy material itself has a unique thermal conductivity advantage, which is 4 times that of steel and more than 200 times that of plastic, and can quickly export the heat generated by the LED chip.
