A: Delivery time for sample: 3-5 days after getting your sample request and sample charge. Delivery time for mass production: 10-18 days after the order is confirmed after receiving the buyer's deposit.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional. 

Q5: Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
A: Yes our products offer 3-5 years warranty. 

Q6: How do we deal with the fault? 
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities during the guarantee period. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
